The reasoning
The feeling has to convert.
Studio and wellness sites usually pick one lane: beautiful and vague, or functional and joyless. The study’s premise is that the two aren’t in tension — soft light, human photography and unhurried motion set the tone, while the information architecture stays as disciplined as any commerce site.
In practice that means the timetable and booking one tap from every screen, class descriptions written for beginners rather than insiders, and pricing stated plainly — because warmth that hides the price isn’t warmth, it’s friction.
