The reasoning

Trust is a design output.

Finance sites fail in one of two directions: so corporate they feel cold, or so playful they feel unserious about your money. The study sits deliberately between — generous white space and a restrained palette doing the “we’re stable” work, while plain-English copy and honest numbers do the “we’re on your side” work.

The structural decisions follow from that: numbers set large and legible because they are the product, one primary action per screen, and motion kept to gentle emphasis — nothing that moves fast near your balance.
